Rules of law

just and unjust

Mario Bunge

pp. 95-102

The rule of law is, of course, the political regime under which most people observe the laws, whether good or bad. We all benefit by the rule of law, for it gives us security, right? For example, we will cheat, bribe, hide, or even go into exile. Hence the rule of law is not an absolute good, right? We shall see.
