In this interview with John Hough, sound designer Johnnie Burn talks about his long-term collaboration with director Jonathan Glazer and in particular his work on the film Under the Skin. Giving insights into the secrets of his trade, Burn discusses his contribution to the protracted process of the film's postproduction, his close collaboration with composer Mica Levi and how he created the film's unique combination of urban and "alien' sounds.
